Cofounder

After his graduation from TED Ankara College in 1992, he got his Bachelor’s Degree from Gazi University Mechanical Engineering Department. After studying a Master of Business Administration degree at Texas Tech University, he started working in the US. He first worked as a Software Engineer and then became a Technical Leader at Onboard Software, which was bought by BAE Systems. Since 2003, he has worked in various project and program management positions in Milsoft, TUSAŞ, and Innova in Turkey. Gökçer Gökdoğan cofounded Proven Information Technologies with Alpay Karagöz in 2014.
